Cookie Policy

How we use cookies and similar technologies on this site.

This policy explains how Calgebra, operated by OrgPlan LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies on calgebra.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more generally.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. Cookies are commonly used to keep a site working, to remember preferences, and to measure how a site is used. Similar technologies — including local storage, tracking pixels, and device or network identifiers — serve comparable purposes and are covered by this policy.

What we use

Strictly necessary. Our hosting provider (Bluehost) may store limited technical information needed to deliver the site securely and reliably, for example to balance traffic or protect against abuse. Information of this kind is used only to operate the website.

Visitor identification (non-essential). This site uses RB2B, a third-party service that identifies the businesses — and in some cases the individual professionals — who visit this site. To do this, RB2B may set cookies or use similar technologies and may process your IP address and other online identifiers. This is not strictly necessary to use the site. What RB2B collects and how we use it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Analytics (non-essential). This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — through aggregated metrics, heatmaps, and recordings of on-page interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and navigation. Clarity may set cookies and process your IP address. It is not strictly necessary to use the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not embed third-party video players or social media widgets that set cookies on our behalf.

Managing cookies and opting out

The non-essential tools above (Microsoft Clarity and RB2B) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Declining keeps them off, and you can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If your browser sends a "Global Privacy Control" or "Do Not Track" signal, we treat it as a decline. You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings — blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site function — and opt out of RB2B directly at rb2b.com.

Changes to this policy

If we add, remove, or change the technologies we use, we will update this policy to reflect what is set, what it does, and who provides it. Where consent is required for a non-essential technology, we will ask for it before it is placed on your device.
